Brook House Cottage Holidays are based in Bassenthwaite village, near Keswick and we are happy to rent our cottages to anyone wishing to stay in this beautiful part of the Lake District.

Perfect Location

We can provide suitable accommodation for couples, families and groups, and we happily welcome your family dog! Our cottages are by a farm and small stream which is home to many ducks!

We are in the perfect location for walking, hiking, climbing, fishing, golfing and sightseeing! This means that you will have plenty to do while you stay here. We have regular sightings of the famous osprey birds of prey; maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who get to see these beautiful animals.
